Installation Guide — PTO Shaft for Digger
Follow these steps to install the PTO shaft on your digger safely and correctly:
- Prepare the equipment. Park the tractor on firm, level ground. Lower the digger to its rest position, disengage the PTO, switch off the engine, and remove the ignition key.
- Measure the installation distance. With the digger hitched in its closest working position, measure the distance between the tractor PTO stub face and the implement gearbox input shaft face. Record this measurement.
